New challenges require different leaders
THE WORLD IS AT A TURNING POINT
We are falling from one crisis to the next: first COVID-19, now the war in the Ukraine.
Welcome to the “Decade of Action” to achieve the U.N. Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)!
We are in a global recession and an energy crisis. Democracies are shaky; supply chains interrupted; financial markets a mess. Climate change and the biodiversity collapse are a threat for many.
Where is business in all of this?
But how to act strategic and operational at the same time? How to shift from sustainability being a risk and a cost, to seeing the great business opportunities?
